You can the XSDG screen to set up a default values to be auto-populated in the XSDG message. The data entered will be used when the system does not have enough data to create a valid XSDG.

This can be useful in scenarios where you wish to transfer DGD data to your NOTOC system using XSDG message.

There are certain mandatory fields in XSDG message for which there is no data on the paper DGD (such as PIMA address), and some fields for which the data is not normalized (such as Shipper and Consignee address lines).

You can use this screen to specify default values for such fields, so that the XSDG message will pass the Cargo-XML standard message validation upon import into your system.

To set up default values for XSDG message:

1. Go to Offices.

2. Click on the office you want to edit (e.g. Geneva)

3. Go to XSDG and enter the required details

4. Click Save to complete the operation.

Note: You can enter multiple email addresses separated by a comma or semi-colon

The XSDG default data will be used in the Download XSDG at the end of an acceptance check.
