Note: This option is available only to Super Users.


The default search functionality in DG AutoCheck allows users to search DGDs across multiple offices. However, users are only able to search for DGDs in the offices they are assigned to, in accordance with the standard DG AutoCheck access control policies.


When the Search DGDs In All Offices option is enabled, it will allow users to search for DGDs across ALL offices in the subscription, regardless of whether they are assigned to the office(s). The edit rights for the check will continue to remain the same, i.e. users will only be able to take control and work on a DGD if they are assigned to the respective office.


To enable the Search DGDs In All Offices option:

1. Go to Subscription Settings

2. Under Miscellaneous section, check Search DGDs In All Offices 

3. Click Save
