Access rights
These are the various user access rights that can be assigned to a user by a Super User.
- Is Super User
The super user does not need specific rights, then can access all menu options including user management features, including creating new users and granting them in turn "Super User" privilege.
The first super user is created during your subscription set-up by IATA.
Individual rights give a user the following capabilities:
- Perform Acceptance
Can access the Documentation, Packaging and Sign off tabs to perform a DGD acceptance and therefore set the consignment to passed or failed.
Without this right the user can only access the Verification tab. - DGD Library
Can access the DGD library and see the list of DGD which have been loaded into the system.
Every regular user should have this right.
Users who only need to perform administrative tasks or reporting might not need it. - Manage Questions
Can create customer specific questions and variations
This is used to define a variation which is not in the DGR. e.g. embargo or to create a custom question e.g. "Booking attached to the AWB" - API Interface
Can access Web Service Management and configure access credentials and webhooks.
- Report
Can access the reporting. - DGD Library Manager
Can change the priority of the DGDs and assign them to users in the DGD Library. - Manage Checklists
Can create and manage custom checklists to be used instead of IATA default ones - Audit Trail
Can access the Audit Trail menu and see all the actions which have been performed in the system
