After creating a checklist, you can add questions to the checklist.

The creation of a question follows the workflow:

  • Creating a draft question (Create)
  • Publishing the question (Publish)

Important: A question will not be visible until you publish it. That allows you to keep working on a question (draft) without users seeing it.

Questions cannot be deleted for audit reasons, instead, they can be archived. Once published, questions can be modified by editing them.

To create a new question:

1. Go to the Menu > Questions & Variations > Create Question / Variation

2. The Create Question window is displayed.

3. In the Question text field, enter the text to be shown or displayed to the user

Example: "Booking confirmation is attached"

4. Select the answers that should be available to the user

Note: By default, the answers "Yes", "No", and "N/A" are selected. You can deselect "No" and/or "N/A" answers if you wish. However, you cannot deselect "Yes".
