Important: Refer to DGD upload requirements


If you have a scanner with e-mail capability, you can directly send the scanned DGD file to your DGD Library.


To enable your scanner to directly send a DGD to your DGD library, you MUST add the scanner to your office. 


If you fail to to so, the DGD received by email will be discarded.


Once you have scanned your DGD, e-mail it to dgd@iata.org


The DGD will be automatically added to your DGD library, if the sender email address is added to your office.


AWB number in email subject line


When sending a DGD by email, you can specify the AWB number in the email subject line.

In such case, the AWB number specified in the email subject line will be used to auto-populate the AWB number in the Verification (instead of the AWB number read by the OCR).
