Once you have signed-off a DGD, you can send the acceptance check report and other related files to the shipper, or to any other recipient.


Click Send by email to start.



The Send by email window will be displayed. Enter the recipient email address and the e-mail message text. Then, select the files to be attached with the e-mail message.





Note: if you have entered an e-mail address in the "Send by Email" of the office you are working in, this e-mail address will be automatically populated in the "Email to" field.



A confirmation is displayed once the e-mail is successfully sent.
